( ICAK ) has a full length documentary on Applied Kinesiology ( AK ). 

It is published on YouTube as: Applied Kinesiology Documentary | The Best Kept Secret in Healthcare. It talks about the history of AK, the founder Dr George Goodheart, how it is the most comprehensive health care system and how it is utilized.

If you don't already know, the ICAK is an international learning and research institute. There are chapters all over the world, the largest being right here in the US. I think you will learn a lot about health and healthcare, and especially AK and the ICAK.
